Geocache Description:

Tin hidden under. 

The skirt is heavier then most so be careful. Its on the parking side as of time of hide and there are no cameras on these light poles like some closer to the building so i see no issues. I was shopping at Bass Pro Shops and what i bought came in a cool tin that was begging to be made into a cache.
