In bygone years, I imagine this place was quite the setting for a party in the country. As the city as incringed upon its location and the elements have gotten the best of the old structure, its little more than a huge old barn on its last leg and will one day soon be blown away or fallen down. Until then, when you come to this location, try to envision what the rotting old walls saw in their heyday. No need to go onto the private property. Once you catch a glimpse of it and know you're in the right area, stay outside the perimeter of the property and look for the small well-camoed container full of small swag and a a log to sign (bring your own pen).
