Yokohama-Michi (Yokohama road) that around here to Yokohama port via Aratama-bridge, Hiranuma-bridge, Noge, Basha-michi.
There are about 6.5km walking distance.
Some physical steps, it has coordinates and some digit. Remember, please note it.

In Jul-1858, Japan shogunate decided to Opening of a country by signing Treaty of Amity and Commerce. And then opening Yokohama-port in Jul-1859. But construction of Yokohama Port Town was started in Apl-1859, it's too late. And at that time, difficult to reach to Yokohama from Tokaido, so Japan shogunate built Yokohama-michi from Shibo(Now, Sengen) vil. to Yokohama(Kannai). By the record, width of the bridge was about 6m and width of road may similar. Anyway, it was a rush job of three months construction period and was the provisional using pine and cedar on the material of the bridge. So, it was rumored "It will broken in three years". Nevertheless, it took 4470ryo(Ryo is Japanese old currency unit: 1ryo = about 100,000 Yen.) at the expense of only to Tobe vil.. It was main road to Yokohama New frontier and was very flourished. But now, it was to be leaving only vestiges slightly.

横浜道はイニシャル座標付近から始まり、新田間橋、平沼橋、野毛、馬車道経由して、横浜港（吉田町）に続きます。
散歩がてら横浜道を歩いてみませんか？
全行程は 6.5km ほどです。
途中には物理コンテナもあります。そこには座標の他に数字が書いてありますので、必ずメモしてください。

第一ステップ(N35°27.940, E139°36.755)の場所には横浜道についての説明板があります。ちょっと滑稽ですので、ぜひ読んでみてください。このあたりは昔、芝生村（しぼうむら）だったのですが、縁起が悪いということから、浅間神社の浅間をとり浅間町と名前を変えています。
