The Cache IS NOT at the posted Coordinates, so "Where Is The Final?"

Everytime you go to an Unknown Cache, you typically have to solve some type of Puzzle. Some Unknown Caches are Trivia based puzzles; others are games you have to play to get the final coordinates.
If you are REALLY LUCKY at Algebra the Cache can be found at
N 33 A.BCD W 096 E.FGH
Where A - 1 = BC - D and E = FG + 4H
What if you're NOT SO LUCKY at Algebra, then, "Where is the Final?"
Many Unknown caches are puzzles layered on top of other puzzles. Others require you to use a "cipher" or sometimes even an "edif viewer".

With all these different types of Unknown Caches, which type of puzzle is this?? Maybe it's multiple puzzles??? If you STILL can't solve this puzzle and figure out where the Final is, then, all you have to do is ask!!!
