As a member of the Men of Fundy I felt the need to place a cache here in their name. Men of Fundy are the local chapter of the worldwide Barbershop Harmony Society. We meet here every Monday night for practice, from 7:00 pm to 9:30pm.
This area is rich in history streching back to the 1880's. First known as Fairvale, it became the City of Lancaster in 1953 and then joined The City of Saint John in 1967. Near this cache is the old, abandand, West Saint John Post office building and the Lancaster Baptist Church. Althought the post office no longer exists the church, which was founded in 1881 still is thriving.
FTT = Goes to Hobesthecat. After all he is a member of the Men of Fundy too.
