The challenge and logging requirements are to have more days in your caching streak than in your caching slump. This means that this challenge could be someone's very first cache. In your log post your longest streak, as of signing, and your longest slump. Cache is statistics light and puzzle free.
This is a hard cache to rate for difficulty because as I said it could be found by a first time cacher but on the other hand if, like many cachers, you took a hiatus after your first cache then this challenge may require a great deal of work and determination. This cache exemplifies a polarity. This cache is either a challenge that will motivate and incentivize or have already been met (the third option being that it will be ignored 
). Ironically at the time of placing I cannot sign this cache but that's what I'm working towards, 366 days in a row here I come.
