As usual, all of the information you need for the Spring Cache Challenge will be posted on the NWOG website. For the wrap-up event, all you need to know is we're working on planning a pot-luck feast at a local community centre. Soft drinks and a light dinner (beef-on-a-bun type) will be provided. You just need to bring yourself and something to share (salad or side or desert.)
The Spring Cache Challenge Wrap-Up Event will start at 6:00pm on Saturday, May 31st, exactly 24 hours after the Spring Cache Challenge begins! Be sure you visit www.NWOGeocachers.com to see how you can fully participate in the SCC2014 fun!
When RSVPing for this event, please indicate how many adults and children will be attending the wrap-up event so I can get an idea of how much food/drink will be needed and what size hall we need. Please log your "Will Attend" by May 22, 2014. Thanks!
For purposes of adhering to the geocaching.com guidelines the cache event starts at 6:00pm and ands at 7:00pm. But, we'll be there longer than that, I imagine.
