JSpeedy: Cache is actually still there at the bottom of the fence post. The ‘tool’ is long-gone apparently, as are all the plastic squarish fence post caps. Too much garbage, cigarettes and geese feces. Retiring this from Super 48 January 2014. Area opened.
Consider this a kayak canoe 🛶 put-in waypoint with a view of American Dream mall’s ferris wheel 🎡

Cruising the area 48 hours prior to kickoff, Rt. 120,  the Stadium, Rt. 3 and the nearby hotels are being prepared for this event.

Welcome to visitors from out of town and local cachers alike

Cache is not readily visible. Use your geosenses at this panoramic view of Route 3 over the hackensack river, MetLife stadium and other POIs in the distance.
