The most glorious closing track to an album you will find.. Why? Because it dares to be different. So many albums feel the weight of expectation to close with an epic ballad or something suitably intense, it is very rare that an album just goes out with such a joy filled flourish. It as if it says "Right, that's your lot. We are going now but we are going to leave you with an upbeat life affirming bang."
Like it's more famous album companion 'Shiny Happy People' it features fellow Athens Georgia resident and beautiful larynxed B52 Kate Pierson sharing the vocals with Michael Stipe and they sound simply glorious together.
It will never be 'Find the River' but in the context of it's place on the album it is as good a closer as you will find anywhere.
