Red 22A - Trip Trap
The Milton Keynes Boundary Walk is approximately 65 miles long and follows the border of the MK Unitary Authority; it is waymarked with the Oakleaf symbol.
In 2012 a group a local geocachers divided the walk into sections and set a series of approximately 300 caches along the boundary. Each section has a bonus cache with a code letter you need to collect so you can find the the Golden Bonus cache GC3RHQR
The red section of the walk is approximately 6.5 miles long and starts at the A5 South of Aspley Heath, via Great Brickhill and ends in Newton Longville. The walk is mostly across farm land and in the middle part follows the Grand Union Canal.
There are 33 caches in this section - 25 traditionals, 5 letterboxes, 1 multi, 1 puzzle and 1 bonus. Each non-bonus cache contains a number to help you find the red bonus cache which is hidden towards the middle of the red section of the walk.
This is the 22nd of the red section caches and is a small cliplock box. It is a replacement for the original #22 that had to be archived when the Newton Leys housing estate was built.
