Inbanuma Pond was originally “W” shaped large pond. After World War II, the size of the pond became almost half by reclamation. The pond was divided two ponds called North Inbanuma Pond and West Inbanuma Pond. However, Inbanuma Pond is the biggest lake in Chiba prefecture. The basin area is 487.18 k㎡. There is a cycling road along the channel. Enjoy cycling and geocaching!! Please bring your pen.
印旛沼はもともとは“W”字型の大きな沼でしたが、第二次世界大戦後の干拓によって北部調整池と西部調整池に別れて、面積は半分以下になってしまいました。それでも印旛沼は千葉県内では最大の面積の湖沼です。流域面積は４８７．１８平方キロメートルです。水路沿いにはサイクリングロードがあります。サイクリングしながらジオキャッシングを楽しんでください。筆記具を持参ください。
