2014 Nebraskache Elections & Membership Meeting
This event will run from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 22nd, 2014 and take place at Pizza Ranch in Columbus, NE.
**Please post your "Will Attend" with number coming so we have an accurate count. No purchase required to attend, but the room is being provided free to us by Pizza Ranch**
We will eat approximately 11:00 am - 12:00 pm and then commence with the elections and meeting.
Positions open for election are:
President Elect
Secretary/Treasurer
Area 1 Representative
Area 2 Representative
Area 3 Representative
Area 4 Representative
You may vote in this election if you are an active member of Nebraskache.
From the Nebraskache Bylaws: A "voting member" is any active member who is at least 18 years
of age, who lives in Nebraska or within 25 miles of its borders, and who has
registered their membership at least 21 days prior to the annual March meeting
by sending his or her full name, city & state of residence, and email address to
the President-Elect.
This is done through the registration link at the Yahoo Nebraskache page.
Every voting member may cast a vote for President Elect and Secretary/Treasurer, but you may only vote for the Area Representative from the area in which you live. If you in the 25 miles outside the state, you may only vote for President Elect and Secretary/Treasurer since you do not live in a represented area.
You will still be able to vote online if you can't make it to the elections. You may vote EITHER online or at the meeting but NOT BOTH.
