To qualify for this cache you will need to have logged a cache find or attended an event on all 29 days in February, which is why we rated this cache higher then January; Leap Day. It only comes around once every four years, usually; in 400 years three leap days will be skipped to keep the days from getting out of order.
The finds don't have to be in the same year. As long as your Statistics in your Profile has all the days in the row filled in on your Finds for Each Day of the Year calendar , you are ready to claim a find.
