This is a Challenge Cache
You must fulfill the logging requirements before claiming a find.
The Rules are Simple
Your BINGO card has 25 boxes with tasks you must perform. You must have any 5 boxes in a row completed. They can be vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. You may have more than the number in the box, just no less. Once you have 5 in a row, you shout BINGO and go find the cache. In your log, just mention which row you are using to qualify. There is no need to make a bookmark or any other type of list. I will check your profile to verify your requirements. In the event your profile does not show a particular stat, I will contact you and give you ample time to provide proof of qualification.
The Cache is Not at the Posted Coordinates
However, you must stop there first in order to find the cache. There are two stages, and the posted coords will take you to stage one. At the first stage do not be surprised if the coords seem to be off by around 55 feet (vertically that is). My hands were a little tied up at the time of placing this one. After all, this is a 5/5 cache, and I wouldn't congratulate you on your achievement by sending you to a parking lot guardrail.
Come Prepared
You will need some type of climbing gear or a very large ladder to gain access to stage one. There is No gear at all required for stage two. You may run into a little water depending on your approach, so a pair of boots might be nice. There is a checker on the page so you can verify you have the right numbers for the final. There is also parking coords for your convenience.
Do Not Attempt to gain access to this cache from Rt 55
It is illegal to park on the shoulder of 55. Also there is a fence you would have to get over at both stages if you tried. I provide parking coordinates which is a much better option.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
