Geocache Description:

My first cache, and a lovely are for it too.  A simple wee multi and puzzle, utilising the information you gather from the 2 locations and 4 historical questions about Dunblane. Then simply fill in the blanks to gain the final location for the log, with a little bit of maths thrown in.

The cache is not at the given grid reference, please DO NOT attempt to get to the grid reference as it is on a busy railway line.

You will need to gather information from 2 locations in Dunblane and answer 4 simple historical questions about Dunblane to gain the final grid reference.

At the first location, face NNW, and look up, there is a round date marker built into the house 1_ _ _, make a note of the full 4 digit number.

At the second location, face NNW again, you will see a wrought iron gate, enscribed within this gate is the name of the cottage, make a note of the full name.

Dunblane has had and still has a few sports personalities born or reside here, one less known one was called up to the full Scotland squad for the first time in August 2008 and won a cap the following month in a friendly match against Switzerland. What year was this footballer born 8th Oct 1 _ _ _? Make a note of the full year.

The Dunblane Centre is a very modern building used by the local community, before this build was purchased in 1997, it used to be a TA Centre, which company was given the contract to refurbish it into whatit is today _ _ _ _ _ _ Construction Ltd. Using the basi A=1 - Z=26, convert the letters to numbers and make a note.

Argyros Anastasis, a Scottish Cypriot, born 13 March 1913, bought a run down building in Dunblane during 1962, he shortly built his home in the nearby grounds. And is buried in Dunblane cemetry when he died in 2001. He was the President of a specific company worth billions for _ _ years? Make a note of the years.

The old town centre retains a number of historic buildings in addition to the cathedral, including the 17th-century Bibliotheca Leightoniana, the oldest private Bibliotheca in Scotland open to the public. What was the total cost to build this structure? £_ _ _  _s _d (old school money for this one). Make a note of all the numbers.

Now that you have all the information that you need, solve the following:

N56 11.ABC

W003 57.DEF

A = From the first location, add all the numbers together + the final number, then the square root gives you the answer.
B = Multiply the number of letters eache word has together, count the digits for your answer.
C = Using the year the footballer was born, do the following simply maths problem (First number = 1, last number = 4) - (2*3+1+4+2+1)/(1+2+3+4+2-4+2-3+1+3-4).
D = Using the construction company name when you converted it to numbers, how many numbers is there?
E = The Scottish Cypriot - add the number of years he was president for togehter, plus the number for the month after he was born.
F = From the total price, use the first two digits as one, divede by the third digit, minus the final digit.
