Next to the Hildesheimer street there is a playground. It is sort of the heart of this neighbourhood and thus extremely busy. You have a shop directly opposite (10m) with customers, people drifting in from the nearby bars at Emek Refaim with smoothies and coffe to go - or their shopping. Also schoolkids commute to the close by schools (with its own busy times before and after the lessons) from the bus stops at the Emek. Parents bring their young children to play whenever the weather allows it. Old people are pushed in wheelchairs so their mainly Asian nurses can have a picknick and chat together while their clients stare onto the playground scenery. Joggers stop by and do their workout at the fitness tools. There are cats and people walk their dogs. After work the Hildesheimer street unfortunately serves as a secret short cut for workers returning home and avoiding the clogged Emek Refaim Street. At night young teenagers linger around, listening to music and chit chatting with each other sitting on the swings and benches.
In other words: Maximum Stealth is neccessary.
It even took me several attempts to explore and place the cache there.
My recommendation: schedule your visit very late at night or better: very early in the morning, if possible. Otherwise enjoy the drinking water fountains, see the kids enjoy life, listen to Spanish, French, American and Hebrew languages. Get a snack from the shop or stroll along the Emek.
Be patient. Plan your ascent. Enjoy the moment (Vorfreude).
Better check the contents back on solid ground - well, you will need yet another crucial moment of exposing yourself to put it back up there. Initial ingredients: Logbook with 6 items: Fireman Sam, Rubber, Porsche, Smiley magnet, dinosaur, Xmas-decoration

Teamwork can help, especially in the beginning and for screening the place. The climbing itself is not for everybody. You need to be fit and capable - and courageous. Don't drop! No explicit tools or gear required.
