Geocaching in the Breaks Park: Pinnacle Rock Traditional Cache

Located in the Breaks Interstate Park at the side base of Pinnacle Rock. Do not climb the rock... when I placed the cache, I went down the right side of the rock. It may be a little difficult climbing back out by yourself. Look for the very interesting circles in the rock.

This geocache will take a little climbing. Once you have reached the base of Pinnacle Rock, walk around to the side and look for the large circles in the rock. You will be near the geocache. You will be looking for a 1.5x3x6 waterproof container filled with a few goodies. Please do not leave any type of food items in the cache, we have bears that would love to make the container their own. You are in the southern mountains which means there are poisonous snakes, insects, and plants so be prepared. Rehide the geocache so that it will not be discovered by non-cachers. Due to the tree-rock coverage, coordinates are a little hard to obtain so use geosense and you will make the find.
