Riding down roads one sees flags of all nationalities on display. Due to the current events, other nationalities are on many of our minds. This is a hint, NOT! I have used the thing I hate to do and therefore think MOD 10 (modulo 10 for those unfamiliar with the term).
Notes about this Puzzle and Cache: This month's puzzle is much easier due to lack of time due to business travel. This cache is a continuation of easy hides due to the lousy weather. I plan to have more scenic hides as the weather improves. Thanks again to teamajk for beta testing.
