Geocache Description:

We have been crossing on this Ferry throughout our entire lives and couldn't believe there wasn't a cache on either side of the river. We decided to place a cache here for the travelers taking in the view and waiting on the Ferry.

Ferry service for the St. John's River crossing at Mayport has been in operation since 1894, and has provided a vital transportation link connecting the north and south banks of the St. John's River along A1A since 1948.

Take few minutes to stretch your legs and take in the view while waiting for the Ferry. While your at it take in a Smiley. Depending on the time of day and the time of year there may be some muggles about so please use stealth if needed. Container is big as micros go. Log only so BYOP.
