StridentUK: Sadly, the bolt cache container has gone missing. I don't currently have another one that will work in this location so instead of completely changing the hide I'm archiving this one. Thanks to everyone who has visited this cache in the past.

Geocache Description:

This small country lane is part of the Bishop Bennet Way horse riding route. From here you should be able to see both Beeston and Peckforton castles in the distance, perched on their separate hilltops.

The cache is best reached on foot either as an add-on from the excellent Bishop Bennet Way Series or as a way of walking off calories consumed at a nearby commercial location.

If you do park in the lane then please allow space for other traffic to pass and watch you don't get stuck on the muddy verges.

The hiding place and the type of cache should be obvious when you reach GZ. Please replace the container carefully, thanks.
