Aldborough Amble 3 - Watch out for the hens! Traditional Cache

This series of nine caches will introduce you to the lovely rural village of Aldborough.  After finding the cache at number 2 - Church View, follow the footpath eastwards towards the village. On your right you will see a farm.  Just before the farm buildings, and on the other side of the path,  is a large multi-trunked tree.   A thorough search here is needed before continuing to number 4.

You are looking for a screw top container about the size of two film canisters placed end to end .  There is not room for anything other than a log so please bring your own pen.    

The path can be muddy in the winter so suitable footwear is advised.

After finding the cache, continue along the path until it meets the road.  On the opposite  side you will see a garage. Follow the footpath that runs passed this towards  Aldborough Mill (now converted to residential dwelings).
