Geocache Description:

I hid a cache on a culvert of Shibuya River. Name of the intersection is "Kan-non Bridge", because there was the Bridge near the intersection.

渋谷駅そばまでひたすら暗渠の渋谷川。観音橋があった場所にキャッシュを置きました。橋の痕跡は交差点名と、渋谷区・新宿区境界です。
地図をご覧ください。国立競技場と縦長の公園の間に渋谷区と新宿区の境界がくねくねと走っていますが、これがかつての渋谷川の河道です。
渋谷川は、このあたりでは「千駄ヶ谷幹線」という下水道幹線に名前と役割を変えています。下水は宮下橋跡あたりで別ルートに送られるため、それより下流には大雨時を除いて水が流れません。大きく変化した渋谷川に関しては、「『春の小川』はなぜ消えたか」（之潮）が詳しいです。
