Have you ever been out there and saw a spot and decided that it needed a cache there "just because".  I was out scoping out new spots for my welcome to the neighborhood series in Rigby when I found one of those spots.  This place could have high muggle activity so be aware of whos watching.  Good luck and Happy Caching
