on First to Find

Have you ever played The Game Battleship well this the out in the field version. You must sink all battleships before your ammo runs out. To start the game, stand in the middle of the field and select the "Start Game" item.

The ships will be hidden from view until you damage one. To shoot where you are standing, select the caliber shell from your inventory and click the "Fire!" button. All ships within the shell's area of effect will be damaged.

To win the game, you must sink all five ships before your ammunition runs out.

This cartridge can be played with the droid or iPhone! Worked fine on the Droid but if it crashes right away you may not have a good Satellite lock try starting it again.***please note you can only play this cartridge with a smart phone Garmin devices will not work***
and a hint having a 2nd GPS could be a plus but not needed
You will have to be close to the starting coords to see the Geocache at the end of the game Special thanks to Ranger Fox who created the code for this Wherigo I just tweaked it so you could play it here

You Can find the cartridge here: http://www.wherigo.com/cartridge/details.aspx?CGUID=192a37da-4a2f-4a03-99a5-b3d8eb48e464

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What device do I need to run a Wherigo cartridge?

Wherigo cartridges can be played on most smart phones, including iPhones, Android-based phones, and other Pocket PCs, with a Wherigo app. They can also be played on Garmin Colorado and Oregon models.

How do I set up my Garmin Colorado or Oregon GPS receiver?

No setup is needed. Just download the above cartridge and go find it.

You'll need to download the Wherigo app to your phone. For iPhone, click here. For Android, click here.

Okay, I have the app on my phone. What do I do now?

Download the cartridge onto your computer and copy over the cartridge file to your device. Run the app and start the Wherigo cartridge.

You can also download the cartridge onto your phone by going through the Wherigo app. A quick way of finding this Wherigo cartridge is by searching by zip code (94103). Click on the appropriate link, and then click Download. Select "Pocket PC Device" from the drop-down menu. Your download should commence.

Okay, I have the cartridge on my device ready to go. How do I begin playing?

How do I build my own Wherigo cartridge?

If you're familiar with programming logic, Czech-based Urwigo is a good program for making your own Wherigo cartridge. It uses a programming language called .lua, and it has a relatively straightforward interface. Urwigo can be found here.

If you aren't familiar with programming logic and would like something much more straightforward and user-friendly, I highly recommend Wherigo//kit by Ranger Fox. I used that program to make this Wherigo cartridge in the fraction of time it would have taken me to construct it using Urwigo or any other builder. Wherigo//kit can be found here.
