The cache is at the posted coordinates. BUT, in order to log this as a find, you must complete the qualifications.
Here is the challenge:
Pick a cache within 3 miles of your home location (if there are none, pick the next closest one). Find the Top 100 most favorited caches within 50 miles of that cache. (We didn't chose your home location for privacy issues). You can check this by searching for all nearby caches to that cache and then sort those by the blue ribbon (favorite points).
---You must find all 100 of the most favorited caches. It only applies to 50 miles exactly since you can't drive 55 
(any cache 50.1 miles or more will not be eligible.)
---Previous finds count.
---If a cache is diabled, simply skip it. Archived caches do not count.
---If you own one, it counts! You deserve to be able to claim it if you have a good cache hidden.
---If there are multiple ones for the last one, just pick one.
---Please provide a bookmark of your qualifying caches, list them in your log, or post screen shots to verify you have met the requirements.
---The final is a simple park and grab. The 4.5 difficulty is for the challenge and 4.5 terrain is based on the distance you will travel.
