As a child born in the 80's, I thought I would celebrate this decade by designing some caches based on movies and songs ... you've guessed it that were released in the 1980's. The number in the lid was for my Born in the 1980's mystery bonus cache GC4YH9P which is now archieved and can no longer be logged.
This cache was based off a great scene in a film released in 1980's (The Princess Bride)..... you're standing on the road named after the Dread Pirate (Roberts), who famously never leaves anyone alive and is the hero of the film. The contents of the cache originally had a swamp rat, some gold and love hearts (true love) and little swords to represent some of the best fun fight scenes and lines including "Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." Its a cult line just like "I am your father!" from Star Wars.
