Moderno Mirador, emplazado en el Monte García Aldave, inaugurado por Isabel II, con dos plataformas a distintas alturas y un Restaurante-Tetería.
Se pueden contemplar algunos de los rincones más bellos del casco urbano ceutí el foso real y sus murallas, así como las dos bahías de la ciudad: norte y sur. Océano Atlántico y Mar Mediterráneo, apreciando los límites geográficos de Ceuta.
También se puede ver desde este mirador, El Monte Hacho, coronado por la Fortaleza del mismo nombre y una de las mitológicas Columnas de Hércules.
Si miramos hacia el sur vemos Cabo Negro, Marruecos y hacia el norte se ve el popularmente llamado Monte de la Tortuga o una batería militar abandonada.
En las inmediaciones está situado el cuartel de la Legión, donde todos los primeros sábados de cada mes se celebra el Sábado Legionario.
