Happy 250th Birthday ~ St. Louis Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Pastor G: Since the birthday celebration is over, I am going to reset the "game board" with another cache here, unless someone beats me to it! Thanks for all who have found this one while traveling up and down I-44. Stay tuned.

Geocache Description:

St. Louis is 250 years old this year and February 14-15, 2014 was designated as the celebration weekend!    This cache is being placed in honor of this event.

This cache will be easier to get from the West bound side of the rest area.     You are looking for a small lock-n-lock hidden in a traditional way.    The cache is near the dogie exercise area end of the rest area, so watch your step when heading out to retrieve this cache!    Please use stealth if people are present!   Be safe as you head either toward St. Louis or away.  Started it out with some nice swag for the children.    Should be an easy grab after a short walk from the parking area.   There is also a letter box just a few feet from this cache.   Happy hunting, and Happy Birthday St. Louis!
