Geocache Description:

A quick park and grab that affords excellent views to Wharite peak

While driving home after placing "Views of Kiwitea", we rounded a corner and were presented with an amazing view of Wharite peak and the transmission tower at its top.

Having found Skindo's "Wharite Peak" cache where I took the opportunity to stand between the tower's footings, I felt a special connection with this view. I hope you enjoy it too

When placed, the cache was a plastic honey jar
