 Il Monte Arpone (1.602 m s.l.m. - Alpi Graie)
si trova a circa 25 chilometri ad ovest da Torino, all'inizio della Val di Susa nei comuni di Rubiana, Viù e Val della Torre, all'interno del Parco Naturale di interesse provinciale Col del Lys.
Nel suo tratto più a valle, vicino al parcheggio del Col del Lys in inverno è attivo un baby snow park, frequentato da famiglie che ne utilizzano la pista di discesa per bob e slittini.
Accesso: Dal Col del Lys (WP Trailhead) seguendo il sentiero ben segnalato. Oltre alla via diretta, sono possibili due varianti rispettivamente passando dal Colle Portia o dal Santuario Madonna della Bassa. Abbinando due di questi tre percorsi, si completa una piacevole passeggiata ad anello.
Tempo di percorrenza: Circa 0:45 ore + ritorno.
Periodo consigliato: Tutto l'anno, in caso di neve con le ciaspole.
Il cache: E' un regular nascosto all'interno dell'ometto di pietra presente in vetta. Per cortesia non smontatelo tutto. Basta guardare la foto spoiler e sfilare due grosse pietre per accedere al cache, che, nascosto in questo modo, dovrebbe essere accessibile anche in inverno.
Dopo il felice ritrovamento godetevi la splendida vista a 360° sulla piana Torinese, la sua collina con la Superga, la bassa Val Di Susa, le vette circostanti e di fronte a voi la Sacra di San Michele.

 The Mount Arpone (1.602 m a.s.l - Graie Alps)
is located about 25 kilometers westerly ofTurin, at the beginning of the Susa Valley, in the municipalities of Rubiana, Viù and Val della Torre, in the Provincial Natural Park Col del Lys .
On its lower part, near the parking lot of the Col del Lys, in winter there's a baby snow park with a downhill track for bobs and tobboggans.
Access: From the Col del Lys (WP Trailhead ) following the well-marked trail. In addition to the direct route , there are two possible variants, respectively, via the Col Portia or the Sanctuary Madonna della Bassa. By combining two of these three option, you'll have a pleasant loop walk.
Duration: Approximately 0:45 hours + return.
Period: All year round , in case of snow with snowshoes.
The Cache: Is regular sized and hidden in the stone cairn on the summit. Please do not disassemble it completely. Just look at the spoiler picture and remove the two large stones to grab the cache, which, hidden in this way, should be accessible even in winter in case of snow.
After the happy discovery enjoy stunning panoramic views over the plain of Turin, its hills with the Superga, the lower Val Di Susa, the surrounding peaks and in front of you the Sacra di San Michele.

 Der Berg Arpone (1.602 m ü.d.M. - Graie Alpen)
befindet sich etwa 25 km westlich von Turin, am Anfang des Susa Tals in den Gemeinden Rubiana, Viù und Val della Torre, im Naturpark Col del Lys. Im niedrigen teil seiner Hänge, in der Nähe des Parkplatz des Col del Lys gibt es im Winter einen Baby Snowpark wo Familien, mit dem Schlitten fahren.
Zustieg: Vom Col del Lys (WP Trailhead) dem gut markierten Wanderweg folgen. Neben diesem direkten Weg gibt es zwei Varianten, entweder über den Col Portia oder die Wallfahrtskirche Madonna della Bassa. Durch die Kombination von zwei dieser drei Varianten, macht man einen angenehmen Rund-Spaziergang.
Dauer: Hinweg ca. 00.45 Std + Rückweg
Beste Saison: Das ganze Jahr über. Im Winter bei Schnee mit Schneeschuhen.
Der Cache: Ist Regular und in dem Steinmännchen auf dem Gipfel versteckt. Bitte dieses nicht komplett demontieren, sondern das Spoiler Foto anschauen. Es genügt, die zwei großen Steine zu entfernen, um den Cache, der auf diese Weise versteckt, auch im Winter zugänglich sein sollte, zu greifen.
Nach dem ersehntennFund genießt den atemberaubenden 360°- Blick über die Flach-Ebene von Turin, seine Hügel mit der Superga Basilika, das untere Susa Tal, die umliegenden Gipfel und gegenüberliegend die Sacra di San Michele.
