This is the Wards Chapel Baptist Church building. This church was founded in 1895 as a non-denominational church. It became a Baptist Church during the 1920's. The original church building was a simple brush arbor. The church has grown since it's foundation and the church building has been added onto about a-half-a-dozen times. I am on staff at this church. You have permission to come into our parking lot to claim this cache.
This is near the historic, unincorporated community of Wards Chapel. This church is active and meets regularly on Sundays and Wednesdays in the building to your south.
Local Anti-Muggling Tip: Wave at every car you meet on the road and every car that drives by. This is a regular and highly common practice in this community. By waving, most locals will be very likely to see you as another local person (even though they may not recognize you).
