Power Tower Traditional Cache

I wanted to try a more ambitious type of cache and got a few ideas off the Internet to come up with this one.  Enjoy a walk through Stannah.  You know that you are close to this cache when you can hear the crackle of electricity!  Lots of power above you but also this cache requires a very lit bit of power output from yourself!

This is a small cache with little room for very small thin swaps.  Enjoy the cache and please leave as found.  Also this is version one so any problems or repairs needed let me know.
