Geocache Description:

Welcome to Westmoreland State Park. This is a traditional cache that is located off Turkey Neck Trail. It is not far from fossil beach and a wildlife observation deck where you can look for many of the birds that live in the park. When you find the cache you will learn about one of the many birds that live in the park. Enjoy and happy caching!



The best way to reach the cache is to start at the head of the Big Meadow Trail. It is less than a mile to the cache with one steep section of the trail. Be sure to bring water on your geocaching adventure. The cache is a regular sized lock-n-lock container with the usual swag in it.
