Are You Bilingual? Traditional Cache

This cache was placed with permission of the property manager.  

I was shocked at the severe lack of caches in the Tenleytown neighborhood of Washington DC.  Hope this will spark a wave of new caches to come in this area.

The cache you seek is a black bison tube.  Log File Only. BYOP. Should be a very easy find in a high muggle area during business hours M-F and with the nearby high school, extreme stealth is required!
