This cache might not be evil, but it's definitely crafty!
Whenever I hid this thing, I thought it'd turn out to be an 'evil' cache. It's definitely a bit crafty, though, at least-- and it's certainly not your average LPC.
Might be a bit of a stretch. If you'd like, try to replace it at around the same height for future finders to grumble about!
