Geocache Description:

Close in to town, but actually a small island of unincorporated county land, this location was where my son learned to ride a dirt bike almost 12 years ago. Hence the cache name. Enjoy!

* For best access, go as far south as possible on what passes for Pantano Rd. before turning west.

* Unless you've borrowed your teenage nephew's slammed import buzzbox, any normal vehicle will be fine with due care. You can park very close.

* Watch for desert critters and pokey stuff. A lot of cholla cactus in this area. Fortunately vegetation is fairly widely spaced and easy to avoid.

* The cache is fairly well hidden from casual observers, but only by virtue of the stuff piled around it. Please take care to cover it up.

UPDATE: After a decade of benign neglect I recently completely refurbished this cache. New container, new Logbook, a pile of trinkets for the kids, and a couple of travel bugs ready for an adventure. Happy hunting!
