This cache recognises the great Adelaide cacher Bushwalker53. It is located a short distance east of Karoonda near a good bitumen road, with a wide vegetation corridor.
I first met Bushwalker53 some time ago when he was out doing maintenance on one of his hides. Since then I have met him at a number of events and done many of his great hides in Adelaide, mainly around the Mitchum area, and in the Adelaide Hills. My favourite is his Gnome Village-3 Hobbit Hole GC4GHD0. A great cache located in the Totness Reserve just outside of Mt Barker.
He is certainly deserving of a Wandering Hero hide for the effort he puts into his hides and the faultless accuracy of his co-ordinates!!
The cache is a small screw top container inside what I think is appropriate cammo for Bushwalker53!! It contains a logbook, pencils, stashnote and a number of small swaps. There is also a First To Find prize for the first team to make the discovery!!
