Geocache Description:

  This cache is located behind our Civilian Conservation Corps Museum and is just a short walk down a short incline. The walk to the cache is an average hike and is suitable for small children but the use of a stroller would not be recommended.



This cache is a clear, lock-n-lock container and is located on our Beaver Lake trail which is a popular trail used by hikers only. The cache will contain a logbook, pencil and collector's cards.

No bicycles are allowed on this trail. If you choose to hike the whole trail the distance is approximately 3 miles and offers great views of the lake and wildlife. The lake is open to fishing and dogs are allowed but must be on a leash. The Park Nature Center is a short walk from the parking area and a variety of programs are offered in the center in the spring, summer and fall seasons
