Caches are placed on a good dirt road in the ONF. There are a few spots that hold some water after a heavy rain but a 2 wheel vehicle can travel this road. Pull off the road in a safe spot.
The forest is filled with many animals. I'm not sure that we have seen many of these in the 9 winters we have spent in Florida, but they they have may predators. Sometimes they do themselves in with the forest faries too.
