When camping in bear country, something I've done for many a year, you want to hand your food high in a tree and as far away from the trunk as possible. This is the safest spot for your food to be so bears can't get at it and so bears aren't really interested to come into your campsite at all. In fact, putting your bear hang 30-40 meters from your campsite is a really good idea.
I've no real inspiration for a great bear hang this year, so you get to experience the Boo-Boo Bear Hang.
