Millstone Mountain is aptly named as it was the birthplace of many a millstone. Many abandoned millstones remain in various states of dress and are clearly visible near the cache site so spend a while hunting around. You will find a few with the end balanced on a few stones to level it out for dressing, some have broken while in near finished condition, probably while moving the stone, often due to a hairline crack in the rock.
The cache is a small tablock box.
As with all caches placed in the mountains there is a risk of injury. Weather conditions can change rapidly. It is always better to walk in a group than alone and you should ensure you have the necessary skills and are properly equipped for the terrain.
