Before I was born in the geocaching world, geocachers from eastern Ontario met around a table to discuss about the elaboration of new multicache. One idea was to use the name of the past president to go from one street to another in eastern Ontario. I was mandated to bring this multi to life. First problem: there are not a lot of streets with presidents’ name. Second problem: those that exist are very distant from one another. Nevertheless, I came out with this multicache inspired by this idea. You'll start you adventure on Henry crescent, a tribute to William Henry Harrison, the ninth president of the United States
Avant même que je sois à l’affût de ce qu'est le géocaching, un groupe de géocacheur se sont rencontrés et ont discuté d'une multicache qui porterait sur les rues qui portent de nom de présidents américains. Cette année, on m'a demandé de préparer une telle cache. Un premier défi a vite surgi : il n'y a pas beaucoup de rues qui portent le nom de présidents américains. Deuxièmement, ces rues sont très éloignées les unes des autres. Toutefois, je me suis inspiré de cette idée afin de pondre cette cache. Vous allez débuter votre aventure sur le croissant Henry, en l'honneur de William Henry Harrison, le neuvième président des États-Unis.
Go to posted coordinates (WP1) that will bring you to a QR codes. QR codes can be read by any smart phone devices with a data plan (that is connected to the Internet). Read the QR code to get to WP2. You'll do the same for the next stages. The final container is located to WP12.
