Geocache Description:

I was passing here to go to the earthcache when I spotted this memorial cairn. The battle of Mulroy took place on 4 August 1688 on the hill opposite the cairn. The MacDonells of Keppoch defeated the Mackintoshs in the last inter-clan battle fought in Scotland. Surely this spot is worthy of a cache.
