Geocache Description:

At the side of the footpath known as the "ABC steps" overlooking one of the disused quarries in the area.

To get to the cache you will need to go down some steep steps from the top, or up the path from the bottom

There is a better view of the old quarry from the top of the steps, near the double gate. From this area you can also see the Cefn railway viaduct and the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct

The cache is a small plastic tube located at the side of the footpath. It is hidden, but the hiding place is quite obvious. Please make sure it is put back so passers by cannot see it - check this by taking 5-10 steps back and walking up to the location (bit of a clue there).

The path tends to get overgrown in spring/summer. We try to keep on top of if but feel free to bring some secaturs and chuck the cuttings over the fence.
