We came out to the Parkway to do some caching. As we walking along the trail, we were approached by a very friendly dog. Talked to her human for a spell. Nice fellow. We found out that she was a "Large" Rat terrier (I have to laugh at that, she only weighed 27 lbs and maybe 24 inches tall) and her name is "Lilo". He told us it means "Little Lola". We found this spot a little after meeting Lilo.
