We were going to place a cache upon the dam, but the opposite side of it is covered in Keep Off May Result In Death signs. Then we were going to place it on the island. Again tons of No Swimming signs. So instead you get this cache, located within view of the 'Shoe Tree'.
This was once a trail through heavy forest. It is now more open and thinned and much more of a riverwalk. There are some neat fallen trees to explore nearby. Parking is available off the Boulevard on the dirt road behind PAWS. Also near the ballfield and skatepark in City Park.
Use stealth as muggles can be anywhere and appear from anywhere.
