Previous to our hike up here to find the new caches, we talked to fishercacher and Kivotos about their adventures on these mountains. When I mentioned I was glad I had a reason to come hide a couple more they said the area was pretty much full and there wasn't anymore room for hiding things. Well my friends, as the title says there is always room for one more! Was JUST able to squeeze this one in up there and there was even a perfect hiding place in the TINY available area. It was meant to be. So yes, you three will have to dust off the your hiking boots and go up the mountain again!
Cache is a small lock n lock hidden in typical geomanner just off the trail. It is tucked in perfectly so it may be a little harder than some of the other finds up on Little House. Please replace as found.
The house mountain area is an place reserved for outdoor recreation so camping and hunting is allowed. That being said, be cautious during hunting season and wear bright colors. We have seen hunters both times we came up here during hunting season. Also, the start of the trail is bordered by private property so please be respectful as you walk up to the saddle where the public land begins. Be sure to park in the area between the signs where the parking coordinates designate. Thanks and enjoy your hike!!
