This "hole through hill" was planned to improve access to the Wainuiomata Valley in the Wellington region of New Zealand’s North Island as part of a scheme to commence residential development there in the 1930s.

You will need to do some research at home to figure out where the cache is.

The cache can be found at: s41° 14.ABC e174°55.DEF

A= WRWB bought the partially completed "hole through hill" in what year? (last digit + 4)

B= Year of the "hole through hill" was started. (last 2 numbers added together+2)

C= The "hole through hill" got as far as _ _ _ m into the hill before construction was halted. (first digit+1)

D= How many mm off course  was Codelfa Construction. (first digit+1)

From where the cache is, if you look NW you will see where the end of the "hole through hill" is. The concrete structure at the end is where it comes out. The original entrance at "hole through hill" grove in Seaview, and is occasionally opened to the public.
