I cant figure out for the life of me how this place stays open.  Everytime I drive by here the parking lots are empty compared to others.  With that said there is enough foot and vehicle traffic here during peak times to need a warning against high muggle activity.  Please replace the cache as you found it.  Happy Caching and good Luck.
