Geocache Description:

This Challenge Cache is at the listed coordinates and has been placed in south Moorhead with permission.

This one is higher then others. If you can't bring long skinny fingers (yours or your caching partners) a hemostat or even a pen would be good to have along.

We thought Fargo/Moorhead could use some more Challenge Caches. To qualify for this cache you will need to have found a cache or attended an event on every day in July; this year, last year, any year. Traditional, EarthCache, Unknown or Event; it does not matter what it was. As long as your statistics show that July has been filled in with Finds you are qualified.

You should not park at GZ on Fridays from 8am until 4pm.

July 4th, Independence Day, the Birthday of the United State of America. We know. The cache is about the whole month and not just the 4th but look at all the things that have happened on the 4th;
1872 – Calvin Coolidge is born

1826 – John Adams, 1826 – Thomas Jefferson, and 1831 – James Monroe pass away

1802 – At West Point, New York, the United States Military Academy opens
1886 – The people of France offer the Statue of Liberty to the people of the United States
1960 – The 50-star flag of the United States debuts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

For a hint, I am torn between "Which way did he go, George? Which way did he go?" from Hugo the Abominable Snowman and using the pun 'An Arrowing Experience.' I guess I will leave the Hint/Spoiler section blank.
